For a new order, our engineering team will contact you to confirm the drawing issues and design the CAD model.
In this step, we need to convert the CAD model into a CNC program, and the machinist setup machine before manufacturing. The first article inspection will be done in this process to ensure that it meets all the requirements and standards.
If the customer needs the surface treatment or assembly service, ANOK will proceed with it.
All the parts will be guaranteed with accurate dimension and tolerance before delivery. We also utilize a series of inspection tools and methods, including CMM, calipers and micrometers, high gauges, projectors, surface finish inspections, and part inspection reports.
