This step ensures that every specification is clearly understood and accurately translated into the production process.
In this step, we convert the CAD model into a CNC program, ensuring seamless integration with our precision manufacturing services. Our skilled machinists then set up the machines before commencing production. During this phase, a first article inspection is conducted to verify that the initial output meets all specified requirements and standards.
If the customer needs the coating and surface treatment or assembly service, ANOK will proceed with it.
All the CNC machined plastic parts will be guaranteed with accurate dimension and tolerance before delivery. We also utilize a series of inspection tools and methods, including CMM, calipers and micrometers, high gauges, projectors, surface finish inspections, and part inspection reports.
We implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of precision and reliability. This includes conducting in-process inspections at various stages of production, performing final inspections before delivery, and utilizing advanced measurement tools such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and laser scanners. Additionally, our skilled quality assurance professionals meticulously review each part to ensure it meets all specified requirements. We can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.002mm, depending on the material and complexity of the part. Our advanced CNC machinery, including multi-axis machines such as 4 axis CNC machining center and precision grinders, allows us to maintain these tight tolerances consistently. Additionally, our skilled technicians are trained to handle intricate and detailed work, ensuring that each part meets the specified requirements.
