Our skilled machinists then set up the machines before commencing production. During this phase, a first article inspection is conducted to verify that the initial output meets all specified requirements and standards.
If the customer needs the coating and surface treatment or assembly service, ANOK will proceed with it.
All the CNC machined plastic parts will be guaranteed with accurate dimension and tolerance before delivery. We also utilize a series of inspection tools and methods, including CMM, calipers and micrometers, high gauges, projectors, surface finish inspections, and part inspection reports.
