For us, what we want is not just a business relationship, but we hope to become friends who help each other. To this end, we will regularly visit business friends we have cooperated with or may cooperate with.
In 2019, in order to better face and understand customers' service needs for our products and problems in cooperation, we arranged a 20-day 5-person visit team to visit our customers in Germany, Denmark, Yangwei, Switzerland and the Netherlands to discuss our cooperation in depth. In the meeting, we discussed how to avoid the problems encountered in cooperation and the causes of these problems, and put forward corresponding more reasonable solutions according to the actual situation. At the same time, according to the development plan of our own company, we will discuss in depth more cooperation possibilities under the condition of mutual development and progress.
During the visit, we felt their sincerity, enthusiasm and goodwill. A more intuitive and in-depth understanding of their real product needs has laid an unbreakable foundation for our future cooperation and communication, and has irreplaceable significance for the stability of our cooperative relationship.
For us, this is also the first time we have directly communicated with customers face to face, which has different meanings for the continuous improvement of our products and technical services. Let us be more confident about new challenges in the future.
